Deposit policy: all appointments require a €40 deposit at the time of booking.

This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24h or less or miss your appointment.

• If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible;

• Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their scheduled treatment, depending on the remaining appointment time and the clinician's schedule;

• Appointments will be automatically cancelled if a patient has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time;

• In the event of a late arrival resulting in cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable;

• A new appointment will need to be scheduled, and a new deposit may be required.
